About This Event
The Heal the Bay Aquarium is a small but engaging marine education center located beneath the Santa Monica Pier. It features over 100 species of local marine life from the Santa Monica Bay, including touch tanks where kids can interact with sea stars, sea urchins, and hermit crabs. The aquarium is run by Heal the Bay, a local environmental nonprofit, and offers educational programs about ocean conservation. Allow about 45 minutes to an hour for a visit.
